ABR Training LLC is a Middle Tennessee personal protection training company committed to building safer, more confident communities. Owner and Instructor Amy Riccardo believes preparedness is a shared responsibility — and that learning should always take place in a supportive, judgment‑free environment.

 

ABR Training provides approachable, real‑world instruction in less‑lethal defensive tools, situational awareness, and responsible firearms training for those who choose to pursue it. We also partner with faith‑based organizations through our House of Worship Safety Programs, helping families and congregations strengthen communication, confidence, and practical response skills.
