ABR Training LLC is a Middle Tennessee–based personal protection training company dedicated to building safer, stronger communities. Co‑owners Amy Riccardo and Andy Bagby believe that preparedness is a shared responsibility — and that learning should happen in a supportive, judgment‑free environment.

ABR Training offers approachable, real‑world instruction in less‑lethal defensive tools, situational awareness, and responsible firearms training for those who choose to pursue it. We also partner with faith‑based organizations through our House of Worship safety programs, helping families and individuals develop confidence, communication, and practical response skills.
